Terms of Service

These are the rules for using Crisply (crisply.fyi), operated by Simple Flo Solutions. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
Your account
You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Don’t share credentials, and keep your password safe. Tell us right away if you suspect someone else has access.
What you can use Crisply for
Pretty much anything legal and non-abusive. You keep full ownership of the content you paste in and the artifacts you generate. We claim no rights to it beyond what’s needed to run the service for you.
What you can’t use Crisply for
- Illegal content, harassment, or anything that targets minors.
- Generating disinformation, impersonation, or deceptive materials designed to defraud.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or circumventing rate limits or access controls.
- Reselling Crisply output as your own SaaS product without a written agreement.
- Running security tests or penetration tests without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. For clear-cut cases we’ll act immediately; for ambiguous ones we’ll reach out first.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial; you won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then for no charge.
After the trial, your plan renews monthly at the listed price until you cancel. You can cancel any time from /billing — your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period, then drops to Free.
We don’t offer refunds for partial months except where required by law. If you were billed in error, email us and we’ll make it right.
Prices can change. If we raise the price on your plan, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email.
AI output
Crisply uses large language models to generate artifacts. AI output can be wrong, outdated, or occasionally ridiculous. You’re responsible for reviewing anything we generate before you ship it to a client. We don’t warrant accuracy.
Uptime and service changes
We aim for high availability but don’t commit to a formal SLA unless you have a written agreement with us. We may modify, add, or remove features, usually with notice. We’ll keep destructive changes to a minimum.
Our liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simple Flo Solutions’ total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Your content and our licence
You keep ownership of everything you put into Crisply. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you. We don’t train AI models on your content, and we don’t use it to market to anyone else.
Termination
You can delete your account from the dashboard at any time. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination you lose access to the service; we’ll give you a reasonable window to export your artifacts.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
If we materially change these terms we’ll email active customers and post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
